Usually these videos are of people who are being chased - while this guy was just on his way to work!

I especially liked the overtake on the blind corner... twattishness doesn't come more refined.

If I were in charge I'd simply confiscate their vehicles and crush them. No arguments. Banned for four months? Whoopidoo.
