I'm gonna try this writing down what I eat in a day and see how it looks. It's not going to be pretty... I tell you now! |

Anyhoo ... I just wanted to let you all know that Spurs is doing great! I MUST vouch for her! I am so proud of her determination this time! Ask her about the hell that is the personal trainer I introduced her to! Evidently you can do a lot of damage with paper plates!
You go people! |
Thanks for all of the kudos guys and right back atcha! My total weight reduction (don't like "weight loss"...I am not going to go looking for it later. It is not lost, it has been thrown away!!) is 35 lbs now. I got kinda cranky about the .8 weight gain, so I really watched myself and drank the water and threw away 2.8 lbs this past week. One of the main parts of Weight Watchers is writing down everything you eat, so you guys journaling what you put in your mouth is a good habit to get into. I find myself mentally doing it now.
Public kudos to eefan. Thanks for the mints!!
Paper plates are evil...they cause pain!!! |

Okay, I am starting to hit some serious chocolate cravings! I did have a 70 cal fat free fudgesicle today, which tasted good but the sugars are calling me! AAAAAAAAHHH!
other wise i had an apple, beef broth, 1/2 liverwurst sand, potato and onions, a granola bar and a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and green onion with about a table spoon of Italian dressing. |

I have been absolutely pathetic today It's the first day I've actually been hungry in about 2 weeks. I had some crackers at work all day then when I came home I had a piece of pizza and then a roasted turkey breast sandwhich on whole wheat bread. So, maybe it's not that bad, but then I had a big mug of hot chocolate. Bloody hell.... just when I was turning myself around to eating healthier.
@Spurs--- glad you liked the mints Consider me your dealer..... I went to my "supplier" today and there's tons more in stock |

Weight Watchers has teamed up with Whitman's (the chocolate candy company) and they have created some lower fat/lower calorie candies. Most of them involve pecans or coconut which automatically makes me keep walking, but one is a York Peppermint Pattie type candy for only 1 point per piece. I started having a hard time finding them and went to the Weight Watchers website and they didn't have them either. I sent an email to WW and they said that they were discontinuing them...a dumb thing to do. So the scramble began and I have been buying them up when I see them. EEFan sent me some as well because she was able to find some.
They are awesome! Usually when I go to the movies, I get JR mints, which are far to many points, but if I take along a couple of these, it serves the purpose quite nicely. |

Personally, I love these York Mints, and there's no artificial sweetners.... you can eat the whole tin if you want and still haven't really blown it. |
