Okay who's got a good recipe for a nice curried chicken?

I prefer Jamaican curry so if you have a good recipe I'll be most thankful Very Happy

INGREDIENTS :

1- 3lbs chicken
2 tablespoon currypowder
onion, green peppers tomatos
thyme, garlic, country pepper, black pepper.
salt to taste
lemon or lime juice
METHOD:

Clean, skin,and cut chicken in small pieces,then wash with lime or lemon juice
Drain, season with curry, onion, peppers and toms thyme, garlic, peppers, salt and let marinate for a few hours
In a skillet pour about 3 tablespoon of oil. Let oil heat but not too hot
Add chicken and let fry until done. last few mins add all the stuff and a cup of water ... mix and let come together till u have a nice thick stock .... add more spices to your taste if needed
Serve over white rice with a nice salad Smile

I gotta tell ye, that curry was bloody wicked! I've not made the jerk chicken yet but that'll be this week, but my god woman that curry was just super!

I got bigtime thumbs up for it, so thanks once again. I had the leftovers for breakfast it was that good thumbs thumbs

This sounds super good. I'll have to try it sometime. One question? Do you have to put the tomato in or can something else be used?
