Internet got turned on last night, hooray!
I think the recipe is stuffed in a cookbook somewhere which I can't get to at the moment because I'm not allowed to move the boxes. I got it off a friend though and I've just text her so I'll let you know as soon as I get it.
Mmmm, I might have to make one this year now. I like icing it the best. I made a little nativity scene one year - the donkey was amazing. |

Ok, we used Delia's for the Christmas and wedding cakes which is here
I also found this page on Delia's website which is brilliant if you haven't made a fruit cake before. |

I made this for the christening cake, the decorating is my favourite part. I have made it for my christmas cake too, it's being fed brandy every week and I can't wait to decorate it!
