I find him screaming at a phone operator quite disturbing.
They are plainly cogs in a machine. The first one was great at ignoring his venom and invective. |

Cogs in a machine? They're human beings who took a job that directly contributes towards the detriment of others and who are prepared to blatantly lie.

I'm with Faceless; some invection is needed to wake people up.
Hopefully him challenging her, will make her reflect on how nefarious the company is, she is working for. One small cog lost, is still a loss in the machine... |

Sounded like a drone to me.... call centre and host to many different lines with different scripts...
I prefer it if someone is going to abuse someone (rightly or wrongly) that they at least have the stones to go and do it face to face. |
