It's slightly old story but i think i should share this good news with my favourite forum ... Now I'm using a beautiful HP LP2475w H-IPS monitor. Thanks to the research funding from my school. Finally got something 'free'
The viewing angles are not a problem anymore... and the colours is exquisite.
ps: the camera you see is my next target [or a Leica M8].
face: I don't know how to make the images appear smaller after attaching them in the forum.

nice 1,920 x 1,200 resolution too.
I recently bought a NEC MultiSync EA231WMi, also an IPS monitor, but 1920 x 1080.
Good enough though, and a wonderful picture ...
With good streaming from the beeb or veetle it's better than the telly
