| i'd never heard of snickerdoodles, but after googling they sound quite nice, i like cinnamon, i'll have to try them out if anyone has a decent recipe |

| I haven't made them in years. I would have to dig through my recipes to find it (if I even still have it) I remember making them in junior high and they were great. I do have a good peanut butter blossom recipe |

Typically, shortening is used in baking and frying. It's fat or lard, in a solid form and you'll find it in the baking section of the grocery store. It usually packaged in a wide mouth container with a resealable lid, at least in America. In America at least, you'll find something called Crisco and as I recall the packaging is a blue color. Over the last few years I've seen it packaged like sticks of butter by another company. |

I know it's over there Stones, I remember cooking with it. And Crisco should be over there too. It's vegetable shortening
Antonia-Crisco makes those sticks too, they rule! |
