This story got to me ............
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32027117/ns/us_news-life#storyContinued
I remember how much training myself and Anissa did with Kilo before we bought Abbi home as a new baby ....we pinched and pushed and pulled and poked his eyes for a good few months so he would be used to it if A child did it to him ...when Abbi was born ......I bought home her newborn blanket and gave it to him ..so he knew her smell .....and last but not least for the first year he was not allowed run of the house ....he was only allowed in the kitchen ....back porch and garden ......best buddies for life they are now .....
feel so sad for the Baby and the dog ........ |

I had seen this show on the news last night and it broke my heart for everyone involved. What's even worse is the baby was reported to be premature as well and the parents had made sure to let the blankets come home so the dog could get used to the smell, etc. It's just a horrible situation. |

"the most incredible creature, from a dog perspective, that i've ever owned." What the hell does that mean? |
