I joined a gym in January and have been trying to go daily. With the exception of my gall bladder recovery, I have done a pretty good job. One of the new things I decided to try was yoga. I love it!! It is so calming and I feel so good when I am done that I just want to yoga 24 hours a day! There are classes at my gym 3 days a week and I have supplemented on the off days and on Sundays (my gym is closed on Sundays) with dvds ( I am still working thru those to see which one I like the best) but I just feel so good afterwards, I could kick myself for not trying it sooner!

How about you guys? Anyone out there a Yogi?

Cool
I'm more of a pilates girl myself but yoga is great and a superb way to relax.

Laughing You are so funny, Sky!! Pilates isn't relaxing enough and I workout pretty hard on my non yoga days and I need relaxation while still getting a work out. Pilates is hard work!!

I was too when I first started. My trainer used to ask me if I had been drinking! It just takes some practice and a tolerance for some bruising. Laughing
