I have really come to like the Masood's and I will miss her. With her being so young it does make sense for her to try other avenues with her career, especially since they have done very little with her. She does have a lot of potential. I am glad they are leaving the door open for her and that they are also keeping the family. |

I think they'll likely have her travelling around the world which nicely leaves it open for her to come back at anytime. Maybe she'll come back with some boyfriend/husband the family won't approve of ---- can't you see that storyline? |

It kind of kills me when someone like herself who got a great opportunity to go on a soap like Eastenders, goes and leaves after a short time to do other things. Do other things like licking stamps on envelopes? Also, she's only been there a year. Not much time to give her a storyline. There are loads of other actors on the show besides her. I think she can count her lucky stars she has a welcome mat put out for her. I think it would be nice for her to have a major storyline, but I don't think she was patient enough and she should have waited a bit longer. Oh well. Good luck to her. |

I sort of agree, Pirty, but this has become a now or never kind of world. Football managers are being fired in the first month of the season because they are not providing the results that the money boys want. Instant gratification. No one is willing to wait anymore.
On a completely different focus....She is 29!!! I had no idea. She looks early 20's at most. |

yeah, she looks quite young. Unfortunately in show business, the older you get, the more limited your roles become. I just thought she was a bit hasty to leave a hit show only after a year. I know she could do well in a major storyline, I just thought she should have waited a bit longer to get that storyline. I'd also say the money has got to be better than what she would get outside of Eastenders, but maybe I'm wrong. I'd rather be a well fed artist, not a starving artist..lol! The Masood son is a bit creepy, it would have been nice if they had made him a bit better looking. I know he's supposed to be a smarty pants, but they do have good looking smarty pants in existence in this world. lol! |
