Good for you pirty! You're right about it being a slow weight loss, but studies have shown that's the best way and you've a better chance of keeping it off that way.
Glad that you liked the treadmill.... I used to have one, but found I got bored with it pretty quickly. Right now, I've just gotten a Dancing With The Stars game/dance pad to use with our PS2 --- I look totally stupid doing it, but it's quite fun and you really work up a sweat. |

I've signed up at the gym and have been going pretty regularly. The spinning class really kicks my butt as does the turbo class, but I'm going to stick with it. I've also started keeping a food journal to help me keep track of what I am eating and to keep myself accountable. It's really only been a week now, so there's not been any noticeable change (except for my stamina) but I am sure that will come with time. |
