Interesting story Aja, but reading this comment that was left seems to make it much clearer...

| One thing I do not miss about living in the US is this kind of bizarr racist crap, right and wrong seem to be lost in either a P.C. or racist atmosphere, the colour of the victims or perpitrators skin seems to be the most important factor, not the facts of the case just how it should be dealt with so as not to upset anybody. The USA can not get over its apartheid past and everything seems to revolve around the persons colour rather than guilt or innocence |

I remember BBC aired a docu about this incident few months ago under 'This World' series. It might still be available of This World's website. I'm really sad that this is getting worse, which was predicted (The rotten Attorney wanted to give the kids a lesson...) in that docu.

I had to fix that link aja, it was making the page popout... it's best to check embedded pages like that on the preview page, if it pops out, just click back and edit it.
As far as the article is concerned, it's like something from the 1950s... 'this is the WHITE tree' ffs |

sorry about that I was trying to Fix it ......and Yes .....it is like something from the 50s
but alas its now ........ I was amazed when I first arrived in this country in 94 at the Racism ......it still amazes me to this day |
