p.s. In my opinon, I was being conservative when I said
"Americans are banned from flying into and out of the USA without prior explicit pre-approval from the government."

Based on the LCH & government report, it should be
"ALL PEOPLE are banned from flying OR TRAVELLING into and out of the USA without prior SECRET explicit pre-approval from the government."
