The recipe for Salmon
1/2 cup beer ....I used Corona
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs minced onion
1 Tbs chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
4 pieces salmon ( about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs )
Combine marinade ingredients. Place salmon filets and marinade in a zip lock bag. Chill 1 hour.
Remove salmon from marinade and grill over medium heat until fish is done, about 5 mins on each side for 1/2 inch thickness.
and on the grill
I served with Garlic mashed pots and aspargus and my salsa
was bloody delish if u want recipes for other stuff just ask me |

If anyone doesn't remember Aja - she was a founder member of the original Couch, way back in the dusty regions of 2004... haha
That does sound a nice meal for sure - I've never thought about adding garlic to mash, but I'll give it a go... mash + X being my staple of course. |

Garlic mashed potatoes are very big over here.... most restaurants serve them..... give 'em a try--- very yummy when done right! |
