A former homicide detective said: ?It was not accidental, in fact, it was quite intentional. You?d think the killer could at least get right some of the details of the crime.?
No proof has been found that JonBenet was raped.
DNA found under her fingernails is being checked for a match with dad-of-three Karr. One theory is that Karr became hooked on the case because he has an obsession with unsolved child murders.
He said at a Thai press conference: ?I killed JonBenet. It was an accident, I loved her.? Yesterday he reacted with fury at the growing disbelief in his tale and demanded a second press conference.
But the Thais refused, branding him a ?khon baa?, or madman, that they could not wait to deport to the US.
Even if he did not kill JonBenet, he is still regarded as a dangerous man who preys on young girls.
Karr ? who was once briefly married to a girl of 14 ? fled America after he was held in California on five child-porn charges in 2001.
Authorities in Alabama, where he grew up, suspect him over a 2001 child murder.
And federal officials want him in connection with a sex abuse case in California.

I do think he's lying.... I think he fantasizes that he had something to do with it and felt the need to interject himself into the crime...... or per haps I'm just watching "Criminal Minds" too much. |

I'm inclined to believe he's giving a false confession as well. He's way off on so many of the important facts of the case to the point even the public knew he was wrong without being told.....'if' they have followed the case at all that is.
He's obviously a lunatic that feels the need for attention and for all the sick reasons people make false confessions such as this.
It's a pity that the family had to go through all this. They're just healing from Patsy Ramsey passing on and had years of hell from both losing their child being blamed for her death, and people like him have no heart dragging them through this all over again.
People who confess to stuff such as this should be locked up for as long as the actual perpetrator as far as I'm concerned. The reason for saying that should be rather obvious. |

bloodyhell what's that all about then? I've just switched on cnn but not showing anything about it.
The whole thing is just so odd.
What do you make of him telling the guy he emailed for 4 years stuff that only the police and the pathologist knew about the case? A good guess maybe? I think it had to do with the condition the body was left in but not positive. |

1st up...
Thai sex change doctor said that this 'fake' had been to him, won't say for what but hey... it's a frick'n sex change clinic huh doc, he didn't come to see you about an ingrown toenail.
2nd... This perv' is into lil' boys as I had suspected when I first saw him...
He lost his kids due to court actions regaurding kiddie porn, judge said he couldn't see his boys again.
3rd...
This freak (pop tart) has a morbid thing about kiddie murders (pro'b gets his wank on to them)...
Enough searching the net, doctuments that are public & hear say could have given him a lot of insight into the what / where / why / how on this case...
If he compared this to another case that had the same 'M O' etc... well putting 2 & 2 together even if he got 3.75 as an answer he'd have 2.75 more of a clue than the colorado cops.
4th... this freak was kicked out of teaching for talking dirty to kids also... |

On this case, I'm just gonna wait and see what they really have on this guy. Word has it that he didn't really do it. As much as I'd like JonBenet's murderer to be found, I'd rather it be the real murderer and not a kook claiming to be the killer. Sounds like this guy is just some kook perv who completely lost the plot. To be continued..........  |

He is one sick, sick individual. Although he may not be involved so much in this case, at least he's off the streets and that saves other children from is actions. God, I could just be sick thinking about people who hurt children. |

I'm starting to think that Boulder pollice know he's not the murderer BUT the circles that he has traveled in have led him to meet the real killer, and they are trying to elicit the info from him, as he apparently has been fed some info that the general public would not know!! I think I like this scenario  |

I'm of the opinion that this "person" made a false confession. He seems to be unstable and the situtation/circumstances just don't add up for me.

| A photo of him spending Christmas with his family in Atlanta when the murder happened has surfaced. Unless DNA evidence shows he was there, I think he's just a sick freak who wants attention. |

There was no date on any photos so far from what they're saying on Nancy Grace.
I think it's a false confession for sure, and him saying he was with her when she died could mean in spirit or whatever. He's playing games in not being direct with his responses.
The saddo should be put away for a long time whether he's guilty or not for what he's caused the family and the amount of time and money he's cost the american judicial system. |

Well, I did say right from day one that I had a feeling he was making a false statement...
Now, maybe not a true reason why, but a possible... (or two).
The guy is obviously off his head & wants a cheap sex change... right???
Well, by claiming to be the killer he perhaps thinks along the same lines as this...
Get locked up in jail, get lots of FREE mental health help & as we know (and I am sure he does) most men who abuse & murder kiddies that are jailed end up being 'Castrated' (& worse) by other inmates.... Ohhh & the man rape stuff...
Maybe he thinks... Jail ='s less cost than a thai sex op, loadsa butt sex & free valium. |

hmmm I think that might be a wee bit far fetched. He probably wouldn't be put in general population since it's well known that child molesters/murderers are number 1 with a bullet and it's a sure death sentence for them.
Someone as mentally ill as this guy would probably be in a loonybin and not in a jail, and if he was in any way premeditated in his thinking he'd of figured that one out I think.
I just heard on cnn they've known for the last 5 years this guys facination with the Jon Benet Ramsey case. If they had any inkling he was guilty then it makes me wonder why they waited so long and let him go from country to country working with children |

But I agree, they knew about him & his quirkiness as per the case & wouldn't have let him walk about in the free world. |
