Saw this article in a Reddit feed and I’m having trouble wrapping my head around it. What’s your take? I thought that Independence was legitimately going to happen, so WTF?

The SNP are meeting to come up with a new plan in March. They always knew this would fail, but they had to do it to prove that we're being held against our will.
