i bought scampi for dinner tonight, but after reading this all i want is a burger!
the last few years i always make my own patties, and i started seasoning with this caribbean seasoning mix, just adds a nice little something extra to it
toasted sesame bun; mayo on top, mustard and tomato sauce on the bottom - not too much though
i always go for a bacon cheese burger, and i like those plastic-like cheese slices in a burger! streaky bacon on top of the burger, then cheese, some raw onions. let the cheese melt. some lettuce on the top bun and construct, and thats my perfect burger
damn you scampi, you're just not going to compare to meaty bacon melted cheese goodness! |
