haha, I didn't realise it was a rerun and listened to it as if I'd not heard it before. In one ear and out the other eh? |

As they say, time enjoyed wasting is not wasted time.
This was one of the few times that GG announced the date at the top of the show; that's the only reason I know exactly when it was from. Efaye (sp?) also introduced it as a re-run like last week.
I wonder if GG will be back on WBAI. They might be going through negotiations, at least to pick up the phone tab. |

ah right, well the file from the WBAI archive started about 5 minutes in, so he was just talking about famous people's birthdays. I didn't think about it earlier, but checked when you said it was June 1st...
I'm not sure why he's not doing this show, but calls to New York from London are really cheap - you can get a half decent connection for 1p a minute. |

Re-runs both last and this week, but during the intro to today's show, Efaye mentioned that GG should be back "from vacation" next week, so fingers crossed! |

I read that transcript (mostly). My thoughts:
- since it's coming from GWB's mouth, it's highly suspect off the start
- it's purported to come from KSM via torture (water boarding) -- veracity highly questionable
- not specific to WTC
I don't know how GG can claim he knows there were no explosives. Unless he personally inspected the towers, the best he can do is speculate like the rest of us, which is exactly what he's doing.
I don't know whether there were or weren't explosives, but the footage and testimony (eg. collapsing at nearly free-fall rates) seems to support the calls for a much closer look than the 9/11 commission took. Any why was the rubble shipped off to China? (I'm sure I read/saw media reports to that effect.) |

After listening to yesterday's show, there were a couple excellent callers. One suggested that continuity of democracy may not have been high on the wishlist of the 9-11 conspirators. It was a supposition I hadn't considered which seems to have a foundation in reality.
The other took the U.K. to task with their handling of the murder of Jean Claude de Menezes. GG pointed out that the case had been investigated ad infinitum, but has anyone actually been charged? It's fine and dandy to call it a cock-up, but that's little consolation to the victim's family. |

It's great to have him back on WBAI!
I reckon Bush meant "explosions". He also once claimed to have watched the first plane hit the WTC live on TV even though most people could have guessed that it wasn't shown live. He's not the full shilling.
[edit: I know you didn't agree with me last time faceless but he definately said Obama instead of Osama at ~ 30:25] |

haha, so he does - and he actually seemed to emphasise the B! It's like one of those things where you really try and try to make sure you don't mess up, then your brain just farts anyway... |

Here's yesterday's (!) show: 2011-09-21 MoATS.mp3 (25 MB mp3)
Apologies for the delay. My week's so messed up, I thought today was Wednesday.
Enjoy! |
