This is a beautiful site to behold. Be sure to look for some of my favorite stores and restaurants! All this is down the street from my house. I'm giddy Laughing

Sorry bout that...correct link...

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/pittsburgh-s-g-20-summit-protest-march-2-30pm-9-24-09-live

Though seems down at the moment.. this one was on the ground at the frontline somewhere, there was loads of cops and looked like it was about to go off....

eta: it was from the 'strip district', the cops were hassling them earlier...

Okay figured it out. They're on Penn Ave by the 31st street Bridge. Right near the start of the Strip.
EDIT: The fire truck is from Blaine Hill but my guess is they are there for just help. That's all the way out in Elizabeth Township/Plum Borough, which is about 30 minutes outside of the Pittsburgh City Limits.

Nothing crazy going on here to my knowledge. Have the local news on as well. And I don't hear sirens. Just the trains.

Earlier they did make the protesters disperse but no tear gas was used. It was a pepper spray (still not pleasant) a few arrests were made, some windows broken and then everyone left. So pretty uneventful by protesters standards.
