Not a surprise really. This is who everyone predicted it would be. I know little about him except that he is an attack dog, which is honestly something Obama needs. His campaign is about as tough as a stale marshmallow at the moment and he's in serious need of some chutzpah. |

According to the profile page on the BBC, biden "ran for presidency in 1988 but withdrew after he admitted plagiarising a speech by the then leader of the British Labour Party, Neil Kinnock."
I've never heard of him before... |

I've never heard of him either - it'll be interesting to see how this choice of runningmate affects his campaign. |

it was biden who proposed the 'biden plan for iraq' where he planned on 'unifying' the country ... by splitting it up into 3 separate regions, one each for kurds, shiites and sunnis. he didn't explain what would happen to those families where one parent was shiite and the other sunni ... |
