I wonder if Claire is going to want her house back now after the problem with the wiring. If this happened in the States they could call the deal off, or at the very least, make Kevin and Sally pay for the repairs. I hope the deal falls through just to see Sally hindered in her higher class quest.

Claire is definitely becoming the neighbor from hell. No wonder why she doesn't have any real friends. She's socially inept.
