I've known Vivienne for a few years, so to hear that this prick got away with killing her mum is pretty upsetting. Her body was mangled by the crash, according to the court details - which another friend sat through with her. And all that the week after her dad had died too. For this guy to claim he didn't know how powerful the bike was is just sickening - why else do you buy such an expensive bike? I know the stretch of road well - it's wide and leads onto the motorway, about 300m along, so people are often speeding.
And all he gets is a £1000 fine and a ban for 12 months. I've a feeling he may have to change his address fairly sharpish... |

It is sickening for sure. I mean, it's a huge hunk of metal, of course it's dangerous. I am so sorry that this has happened. |

Absolutely fricking disgusting that he should get away with this. My heart goes out to this family. |
