BRADLEY and Stacey Branning could be in line to kiss and make up on Valentine’s Day.
The bombshell news of Stacey’s romps with Bradley’s dad Max helped the BBC1 soap to get the biggest TV audience on Christmas Day with 13.9million viewers.
And the ratings-grabbing drama is set to continue well into the New Year as the dust starts to settle in Walford.
Viewers saw Stacey plead for angry Bradley to take her back last week.
He told her he couldn’t forgive her and soap’s rockiest relationship finally looked doomed. But insiders say love could be in the air for the couple once more – around the most romantic day of the year.
A source said: “It will be a long time coming but the break-up between Stacey and Bradley may not last forever.
“While Max and his wife Tanya struggle to even have a civil conversation with one another after his affair with Stacey, Bradley finds it hard not to be with Stacey.
“And Stacey really is sorry for what she’s done.
“She does a lot of growing up in a very short space of time and it’s as if the whole sordid episode helps to bring them closer together.
“But whether or not they do get back together for good is being kept top-secret.”
Meanwhile, the gloves are well and truly off in the Branning household. Mum-of-three Tanya struggles to get on with her life but Max is not prepared to give up his family without a fight.
Our source said: “Max is willing to go to any length to make sure he doesn’t lose his kids. “There is a bitter battle as both are determined to bring the other one down.”
Tanya is given a helping hand when her sister Lorraine “Rainie” Cross returns to take her side but the ex-drug addict could be more of a hindrance than any help in her battle with Max.

I so don't want Lorraine "Rainie" to come back... this just isn't what Tanya needs right now. I guess EE is anything but boring right now  |

| The show really is loads better than a year ago. I would be so happy if Bradders and Stace got back together, it feels so wrong them being apart. |

Yet it was reported back in November when the plot for Xmas was leaked, that Stacy & Bradder's would re-unite... that came from the producers back then...
I feel this is a problem with East Enders, too much gets 'leaked' in a psudo kinda' way, mostly by production staff & their PR people in an attempt to boost ratings, then a few weeks to a few months down the road "we the viewing public" are treated as if we have no memories of what was said before...
GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
For instance, pics in November & December of Brad & Stacy in various magazines & tabloids together on the set & on location, all smug & hugging... yet from various episodes yet to be seen but certainly after filming of the xmas special etc...
Are we daft?

| I do hope they get back together as well and I personally don't want "Rainie" back. I mean having an drug user helping you fight for your kids, how does that work? |

No she wouldn't and I don't think you could depend on her much. |

| I agree, and agree, and agree...... :-) Rainie icky......definitely wouldn't want her around my newborn, never mind my young kiddies. Max would end up trying to get a leg over Rainie anyway. I'd like to see Stacey and Bradley get together, but it takes a great man to forgive what she did. I don't think I could if it were me in the same position. |

Lets be honest here for a few moments...
Bradder's should not be as upset at Stacy as he is, he should indeed look back at the ways he has treated her in the past & think for a moment that she was single by his doing when she hooked up with Max...
Brad' got stacy to have an abortion, dumped her because he fancied a bit of 'at work' skirt & from what I recall said she was never close to being what he wanted, that she was a mess etc etc etc...
OK so Max wasn't the best choice & getting some 'couch rugby' going with him to get 'one up' originaly on Bradly wasn't a smart move, but then she also did her best to break it off with Max due to Brad' & she did try to tell him the whole situation before they got married....
Thus.. she made a huge mistake, no matter the reason or who with, but she was indeed single at the time & again by Bradley's own hands.
If he should have a beef (as he does), it should be solely with Max.
Not for bedding stacy whilst she was single (despite the morals of being married as Tanya isn't his mom)...
But for persistantly trying it on once the pair of them (B&S) got back together & for what he did on their wedding day.
Whilst on the subject...
As much as she has been wronged by Max, Tanya should also take a good look into the past, take a deep breath & see that she is just an older version of Stacy.
Max was married when they got together, she stole him away from another woman & child....
She should know by now that a leopard can't change it's spots (& they do like the hunt too).
Ohhhh... the plot lines are tasty, true to life too... there isn't a bit of this story line that I havn't witnessed in real life (not first hand mind you & not all in one family). |

This is how I think they're going to play out the storyline and I don't know but I think if they show court scenes, this will play out prominently. I'm not sure how Max's ex-wife will play out though --- I've a feeling that she might somewhat "support" Tanya in an effort to get at Max, but you never know with her. |
