It seems the show has slipped back into the musical style that became an annoyance for me a while back, but I've quite enjoyed it tonight. Also notable was Karl's absence (though I'm sure he's fine, just making a point after last night's show!) and Kate's mention - good to hear your top 5 women neko, especially as I'd not heard of them all. |

Thanks, Face. It was kind of a tongue-in-cheek list, but I was dead serious about Lisa Simpson: she's a champion for all females

I'm just listening to the show now, but did notice when cutting out commercials that the tunes are indeed back.
What point do you think Karl was making? I only noticed a bit of a tiff on the subject of dogs. When editing Saturday's show, I had to chuckle that GG had to resort to calling Karl. Seems a bit desperate. |

I just re-listened to the show and I noticed something I'd missed - George played Amy Winehouse as a part of his "greatest women" thing. WOW! He has awesome taste! |

A lady just called in (sorry, don't recall her name) in the 1st hour of Saturday's show to defend Karl's point of view, which sought to emphasize humanism rather than national differences. It was actually a good discussion in which (I think) she put GG back on his heels a bit. |
