Alright U nutters here we go and trust me all the time i was making this ..I was singing the Reggae Reggae sauce song Smile its Fricking fingerlicking Smile

Reggae Reggae Sauce Kebabs

The Stuff..........

4/5 chicken breasts cubed in to nice bite size pieces

2 onions quartered

1 red pepper cut in to nice chunks

1 green pepper cut in to nice chunks

grape tomatoes

can of pineapple chunks

paprika

black pepper

garlic salt

crushed red pepper

all spices are according to your taste (I put in a fair amount )

olive oil

skewers ( if wooden soak in water over night to prevent burning on grill)

And last But not Least 1 Bottle of Reggae Reggae Sauce ....

What to do ..........

Put Chicken in a bowl.. and add olive oil ...Just enough to coat the chicken ....add paprika

black pepper ....garlic salt ....crushed red pepper....mix together and leave in fridge covered

for about an hour .......

mean while get all the other stuff together on the work surface ....

it makes it easier to build the kebabs

Start with a piece of onion and then pepper (that way the Kebabs stay together )

then chicken ..pineapple ..onion .....chicken (You get the Idea )

until u have this Smile

Meanwhile go and light the Grill......and sing this

Put some music in my food for me,
And give me some Reggae Reggae Sauce,

Yaah Reggae Reggae Sauce,

It's so nice I had to name it twice,

I called it Reggae Reggae Sauce,

Yaah Reggae Reggae Sauce, Very Happy

Break open the Bottle of reggae Reggae sauce and pour in a bowl

Use a brush and brush the kebabs one side generously with the sauce and place sauced side down on grill

keep turning and brushing with sauce .....about 8/10 Min's

and serve with white rice and a hint of crushed pepper and a Salad

OMG ITS FINGERLICKING .......... I NEED MORE REGGAE REGGAE SAUCE........ Smile

Is RRS available outside the UK? If not, can we raid Aja's secret stash?
