I don't get it. If you allow ANY visitor to the museum to search the records on the computer in the museum, then (assuming it is technically & economically feasible), why not save people the hassle of a visit, and allow internet access ?
Or will the on-site computers always be "busy" .. thus preventing any real access. Or will the people who use the on-site computers be "authenticated" / "vetted" before touching the computer and monitored as to what they do and print out. |
