Tonight's witnesses tackle the issue of Iran. |
anyone else been watching this? its been on the last few nights, and again tonight, its been really interesting, lots of different people in different fields - some of them have been right idiots, some guy last night from a israeli newspaper kept banging on about iran wanting to wipe israel of the map - really hyping the fear - all based on a misinterpretation, and no one corrected him. they also had some people last night talking about the massive refugee problem, how britain and america hasn't been allowing immigration even for people who've worked for the collation forces because then they'd have to admit how bad things are, the massive lack of money, the lack of basic medicines, lack of rebuilding etc - painted a really bad picture of life in iraq - what with that and the dahr jamail - unembedded journalist in iraq video, i just find it incredible that we've caused this, that they've been able to get away with it, and that so many people because of main stream coverage are really ignorant of the reality of life in iraq |
