It's Flag Day here in the US. Most people in the US probably don't know that, but freak that I am, I do. I believe that is is also Bastille Day in France, so salute your flag and decapitate someone!!

actually i think your wrong, bastille day is 14th july ... ( just checked )

whats flag day?! i thought the americans were always waving the flag wink Laughing

We are, but we have to do a special dance while we wave today! Laughing Like I said, I don't think most people even know and we don't really do anything special, it is just one of those holidays you always see on the calendar. The constant flag waving really only started after 9/11. The popularity of having a flag on your house or on display was actually waning before that, with the exception of holidays like Memorial Day and 4th of July.

the flag only really comes out here when theres some big football thing on like the world cup, i think i might get a palestine flag next time and confuse everyone Laughing
