Well Faceless, what a great video you have here. Seems to me that David Icke has seen it too. His saying "They create the problem, then offer the solution" starts about 26 mins into the flick. Did I read this flick was made in 1969?

Towards the end, it mentions the Council on Foreign Relations as an evil society.
A simple google search and pow! Who comes up as a contributing author? T. Blair.
