Anyone watching this MH live? It started last night and it's meant to be a good one.

If you weren't aware it's on, here's a lowdown of what they're doing:

Most Haunted Live in Edinburgh Day 1

BLAIR STREET VAULTS

In the 16th century Edinburgh had two main thoroughfares -
the High Street and the Cowgate - and linking these two
streets was a labyrinth of closes and wynds where rich
rubbed shoulders with poor.

To provide passage for horses and carriages, the massive
South Bridge was built, with the original structure of the
South Bridge creating a series of vaults. Over time, as
new housing appeared on either side of the bridge, so the
vaults disappeared from view. For nearly 40 years and
until the early 19th century, these by now dark,
inhospitable caves became home and workplace to the city's
poorest.

The Blair Street Vaults are built into the 19 arches of
Edinburgh's south bridge. Under these arches is a catacomb
of underground chambers which gradually became home to a
thriving community. Many trades, first legal and then
illicit, flourished. Its growth brought great advantage to
some, but marked a decline in the fortunes of women and
the poor.

Merchants flocked to be in the vaults. Shops contained the
businesses of cobblers and watchmakers and the vaults
acted as storage for wine and other products, which were
guarded by underground caretakers.

The underground vaults were created in the late 18th
century, abandoned by the 1830s. The labyrinth of
corridors and chambers remain unchanged from two hundred
years ago.

The Blair Street Vaults see an increase in ghostly
activity every year. The main hot spots around the
location include the Double Height room - this is the
largest room within the vaults and is where visitors have
heard dragging feet and felt intense feelings of nausea.
The Cobbler's room also has a high level of orb activity
and the spirit of the cobbler himself continues to be seen
regularly.

A ghost of a little boy has been spotted in the Wine Vault
with people reporting the sensation of their hand being
held. By far the most active room in the vaults is the
White Room or Mr Boot's room. The room is home to an
aggressive, threatening spirit who resents interference. A
general feeling of unease and pressure to leave the room
is felt by many and a low voice, saying "get out" has been
heard frequently.

If you're an avid MH fan, remember you can watch the live cams at LivingTV

They're showing it on Travel Channel in america as well, and you can watch the live cams from there when they're up and running here

I thought MHL Halloween 2006 was fantastic. Especially when everyone was getting slashed on Night 2. Personally, I would have loved to see Stuart getting it on the jugular and having to quit MH for good.
Then we get to see just how pussy whipped Karl is when Yvette treats him like the little sniveling bitch that he is in that room with the stone circle. Laughing

Night 2 was the best of the three but of course you'll want to see them all.

The rest of what I'm going to write is a spoiler if you've not seen it so stop here if you haven't.

I don't for one second believe they all felt faint at the same time. That was some really shite acting as far as I'm concerned. I also have a really hard time swallowing the fact that Stuart got scratched. I think it was predone and he took one for the team....or perhaps it was make-up.

There's no way in hell he's the one getting attacked all the time, just like Kath use to get touched on the arse all the time. It was wishful thinking on her part and she probably needs a wee bit of male attention lol Razz

I also don't believe he lost his hair due to the show. Alopecia is usually due to stress, and I think he was stressed for personal reasons and that's why it happened.

He had just got married and round a month or so after his hair started falling out. Maybe he didn't perform in the sack as well as he thought he could and his wife laughed everytime he dropped his trousers and that caused him stress lol

The slices on Johns leg looked realistic enough. I'm on the fence about that but leaning towards the idea he scraped his leg on the wall perhaps or some other reason.....or perhaps Kath doing a quick make-up job.

I go to Bad Psychics quite a bit myself, and after all I've read and seen about the antics of Yvette and the rest of them, it's near impossible for me to believe in any of them anymore....and I feel a bit foolish to say I ever did.

I do believe in ghosts and spirits and all that, but I just don't believe in the Most Haunted team anymore. They've faked one too many times for them to have any credibility in my eyes.

One last thought.....

If they use Paul Ross again I'm going to forget watching any lives from here on. He waves his bloody hands round so much when he's talking that I'm sure I saw his feet leave the ground. He about took flight I tell ye!

He has to be the worst presenter I've ever seen on tv. I don't know why they just let Julian handle it all. He's far better and more bearable to watch by a long shot, even if he looks like something from Star Trek Laughing

Julian is Da Man !!! Love them ears !!!
I'm missing Richard Felix. The show don't seem to have that "energy" without him.
I guess if you look at those scratches the way you put it, they did seem fake. Good entertainment though. I think that's why I migrated a bit to "Ghost Hunters". Sometimes a bit on the borish side but at least it's "real".
The whole "Stuart" situation makes me cringe anymore. You know damned well when ANYONE ask Stuart if he feels something it's either going to..
1. Sick
2. "I don't like this place"
OR
3. "Whatever Karl tells me to feel"

P.S. I would love to touch Kath's ass !!!
