Scientists claiming that you can get all the benefits exercise has to offer in 3 mins a week: one minute a day three times a week and they hope to get that down to 40 seconds a day.
Its called NEAT ........... Non-exercise activity thermogenesis .
Sex burns less calories than walking and there are enough brain cells in your gut to power a cat .
It was all mentioned in R 4 'Loose Ends' , around just over 17 mins in to just after 26 mins :
