The person who made this video is making out that this is because its a woman driver, I think these two have been smoking some very strong weed and forgotten how to drive.

Oh my goodness, that lady should not be driving. It almost appears that she doesn't have a driving license, and that she had to for some reason take that old lady somewhere. Maybe it's the old lady's car and she had to take her to a doctor's appointment and the old lady couldn't drive the car herself. It's the only plausible reason I could find for someone incapable of making a simple 3 point turn. I was literally getting frustrated watching that. It was painful. lol! Thanks Funky!
