"This is an extremely strong beer; it should be enjoyed in small servings and with an air of aristocratic nonchalance.

Laughing I always thought beer represented the absence of aristocracy!

This is the brewery that makes Eku 28. 11% alcohol, tastes horrible to me. It's not beer. Beer's great at 4 - 5 %, not more, for me.

Wine's fine at between 11 and 12.5, any more or less and it's either too strong, or pissy.

30% beer ? Nah, pure gimickry.

Eku 28, isn't normally for sale in Germany btw ...

I bet it would improve my pool game, until about 1/2 a pint, after which I'd have trouble finding my cue, the bog or the way home Very Happy

I suppose there isn't a lot else to do in Fraserburgh, I think it's the heroin capital of the UK or something. And it's full of knitting shops and greasy spoons.

I do like that they made a low alcohol one called Nanny State though.

There's more to Fraserburgh than heroin and knitting. There's fish-gutting too.

The message on my can of Special Brew advises me to visit drinkaware.co.uk. But I don't even have a computer and it's 6 o'clock in the morning. Where am I going to find advice on sensible drinking at this hour?
