wasn't a particular theme to tonight's show, though the story of
Madeline McCann came up a few times - as did discussion of how
much of a right-wing arsehole John Wayne may have been. The

show had the usual good range of topics but there was more than
a few mentions given to it being Bob Dylan's 66th birthday. Also

an interesting show tonight, with a general focus on Palestine
and the current outburst of trouble there. Most notable
phone call for me was from the "Zionist in Kentish
Town" - what a slimy sounding scumbag he came across as.

show tonight started as most would predict with talk about
Blair's announcement that he's to retire, but before long the
old spat with Jon Gaunt came back to haunt Talksport Towers and
Galloway issued a challenge to Gaunt to a boxing match for
having called him a coward! Brilliant if it ever comes off, but
I'm sure Gaunt will have a note from his mum first... talkSPORT -

general theme of nationalism seemed to just come about
accidentally more than by design. I was surprised to hear
Galloway's lack of support for Tommy Sheridan at a couple of
points, especially considering his earlier vocal support. I've
done this at 80kbp/s rather than the usual 128, as I don't think
