Finger and toe nails

...Why the hell do they grow????????????? I mean they could stay the same length and no one would bother, what's the point of them?

The nails themselves are actually dead by the time you can see them.... they're basically the same as hair. As for why they're put there in the first place, I can't say...... but they're annoying as hell when they become ingrown Laughing

I personally love them for back scratching, untying stuff, washing my hair better, helping me open things up, etc. I would hate to be without nails. However, I do wish I didn't have to cut them as often.
