move the sliders to adjust your details and you'll get a rough idea about how much you are polluting the planet. I'm on about 8.5t per year. That's fairly low for someone in Britain, but I cycle almost everywhere and haven't been on a plane in almost 10 years.

13.6 for me....not using household gas helped but having no public transport did not. I had to guess on some of it, but I think it is a fairly accurate gauge and gives me an idea of where to cut down. Interesting that it did not ask anything about recycling...

mines around the level of faceless, although some of them i'm not so sure on

but it makes you think, if the target is 3.1 - i'd need to over half my current footprint - and really, i don't know where that would come from ... i don't drive, the only public transport i've used in the pass year are boats, i hardly buy anything except food, i've got all energy light saving bulbs and don't leave things on stand by and don't think i'm wasteful with electric, gas or water, so how would i over half my footprint?! Confused

The numbers they use must also include the energy used in the shops you go to, local council usage and other stuff like that too.
