What a bunch of cowards to not accuse them directly of their war crimes. The Israeli airforce use gps-guided missiles, so there can be no mistakes made. What they did was clearly deliberate.

I can't disagree. It has all the makings of a soft-soap -- some strong language, but no real backing as if to say, "now don't do it again or I shall be very cross!"
