I thought I had posted this ages ago but I couldn't seem to find it. This recipe is not so much a recipe because you can change it up so much to suit your tastes, like any pizza. However, I made it again tonight and it was too tasty not to share.

Ingredients:
1 Naan bread for each person to have their own pizza. (tonight I used a whole wheat naan, it got nice and crispy)
Tomato sauce mixed with a bit of tomato paste to thicken it
Fresh basil
Mozzarella
Sea salt
Cracked pepper
Rosemary

Preheat oven to 400F. I put a bit of Pam cooking spray on my tin foil to make it all come off easier when it's finished. Put tomato mixture on top of naan, add remaining ingredients as you wish, pop in oven for 10-15 mins or until cheese is all nice and melted and the edges of the naan are a bit crispy. Take out, let cool about 1-2 mins and enjoy. It's a quick way to make home made pizza and make it seem like you spent a lot more time on it then you did.

i make these as well skylace, on pita bread too. i toast the pita a bit first before stacking it up with goodies, i usually have a bit of garlic on there, some roasted red peppers ( i get them in jars already roasted ), a bit of nice ham, some finely chopped onion or sping onions, some jalapenos topped off with a dash of worcestershire sauce Smile

I've never tried Naan bread before so this will be a good way to give it a try. I know one grocery store that carries them over here, so I'll pick one up the next time I'm there.

Thanks for the recipe Smile

Pita bread sounds great as well luke and I like the idea of the peppers. Have to give that a try the next time.

Let's hope it goes better than the recent "veal chop" incident! Laughing
