Hehe. This is the new "thinnest ever laptop", right? I don't see why people are obsessed with making things as small as possible. It bugs me when people buy new mobile phones that are ridiculously small, too. I say everything was the right size in about 2002, and we should stick to those sizes! |

Yeah, Macbook Air is stupidly overpriced, too. Has lots of faults aswell.
- Some USB modems won't fit:

- You have to purchase an external optical drive, which won't work with anything else:

- Doesn't have a user-replacable battery!

I'd rather just get a MacBook Pro or a normal laptop, to be honest!
I imagine people who buy them will probably be people with too much money for their own good
I also agree with the size thing...laptops are already light and easily portable. I think phones will be getting bigger though as many that come out now have a touch screen (iPhone, etc) |

Yea, the sizes of phones is fecking ridiculous. They should at least be able to reach your ear and your mouth at the same time, surely that's the entire point of a phone!! |

That's true...i like bigger phones. I want an iPhone, but the 18 month contract is stupid. |

Funny pic, Griffo. Cracked me up.
I think the iPhones look ok, but they're too big. And the price is still like $400+ with a 2-3 year contract, isn't it? (It may be even worse there -- I heard Apple just replaced the dollar sign with a pound sign.) |

£269 for the phone and then an 18 month contract with O2. Bit expensive but someone in my class in college has one and it's amazing to use
Could buy one and hack it though to use any SIM card/network. |
