With everything that went on to build up this wedding I was so disappointed in the episode. Nothing really happened. Sure Sean knew about the affair but we just heard the same conversations we have behavior. Heard Stacey moan about it being a mistake, watched Max try to weasel his way out and prove he only cares about himself, and see poor Tanya and Bradley be left in the dark about what their spouses have been up to.
I was bored and disappointed by this episode. I can't think of a more dull wedding on the Square. |

Fully agree - they are letting it simmer though with the video I guess!? |

I guess Lost. But I'm so tired of it. The plot line was telegraphed from the first day Stacey and Max clapped eyes on each other. It's just been plain stupid and they're dragging out the storyline even more. |

I agree Sky, the wedding was long and dragged out just to end with a whimper and to drag it along further with the video looming is tedious. The only good part of the wedding was Tanya and Rachel. The affair storyline wasn't that great anyways, it was too predictable. |

I agree it was an hour of things we've heard many times before. And it went no where. Jean transformed from being a nut case one second, to gracefully reciting the poem in the church. I loved it.
But, alas, poor Bradley. He is so screwed. |

My problem with EE has always been that they drag a storyline for longer than it needs to be, and then it gets to a point that I just don't give a crap HOW it ends, I just want it to END. I think Corrie is better at not dragging things on. I think they should learn a lesson from them on how to keep the stories flowing and fresh.

I was disappointed in the episode as well - thought it rather dragged out. But it'll be interesting to she how those two settle down to married life. |
