Stick to noodles
Those cheap ramen packs, chuck a couple in a tub, half a packet of the sauce and splash of boiling water, covered and left to soak till softened and dry.
Fry off whatever you fancy, peppers, onions, corn...then chuck in the noodles and then in a bowl, a few tablespoons of soy sauce, couple teaspoons of brown sugar and chilli flakes all mixed up, poured into pan, cook for a few mins and serve.
It's a poor mans, lazy yakisoba noodle dish, but that has finely sliced cabbage chucked in before you add the sauce, but lettuce works just as well...or without |

That's another good one that's been doing the rounds.....food for a fiver a week kind of theme.
Lot of veg dishes, but worth a punt, some decent ideas in there. |
