As Most of You Know .... when I post a recipe ...Its a Recipe I have tryed and tested and basically I give it it my all .... I searched a 100 recipes for this paella recipe ....and of course like a good cook I tweeked it a little bit ....The recipe I found was a step by step photo one ..which actually was really cool ......Untill i tryed to post it here with photos and tweeks (groans 2 days later ....) so I will link You to the Recipe right now .....My only real change to the recipe was .....I decided i really did not like Squid ....after buying it and looking at it and smelling it ....Blah !!!!

so i left out the squid .... and added some scallops....about 1/2 a pound ..... and also added a pound of mahi mahi (cod will work ) both panfried in garlic same way .......

I also realized I forgot to add the peas ...... I do not think it was a big problem .....

Anyways I have the recipe and pictures saved ...if the recipe site goes down .....

Please enjoy the paella Very Happy

Ps this is my finished product ( sighs)
