That whole list that Jacqui Smith put together is a mess, it's a joke. I know she isn't in charge anymore, but no one has made a budge to change or do anything about it. I think they should scrap that list and start over. They have put all kinds of people on that list that are not terrorists. |

What an arsehole - It makes me wonder how many other corrupt bastards have put people on all sorts of other lists for their own reasons. |

The fact that she had no recourse, or even the right to know why she couldn't return home until he was being considered for promotion and admitted his guilt, really says it all: Gov't secrecy is the enemy of liberty.
On a personal note, I hope she takes him to the cleaners in divorce court. He should be facing criminal charges. |
