I was just catching up on GG's blog in the Daily Record and saw this line from last week - "One of the best things about my Talksport radio show - back real soon, by the way - was the brief but glorious musical leitmotifs."
That's not a surprise at all, especially after his quality appearance on Thursday's Question Time. Hopefully there will be more details soon. |

I wonder what prompted the change of heart by the Talksport management. Maybe the prospect of George Galloway MP attacking a majority Tory government made them nervous? Or did they realise that they had squandered a largely unique demographic to sell to their customers?
I know I had stopped listening to Talksport...
Any ideas? Rumours? |

I don't know where "writerman" got his info from, but lets hope that he's wrong;

That was from March though. GG tweeted that he was coming back to Talksport rceently. |

| Yes he has, which is good, but I was concerned about the comment "in anything close to style of his old show", which I just hope is an assumption, rather than a bit of insiders' info. |
