I recommend butter or similar type spread. Beyond that I'd recommend peanut-butter and cucumber with a sprinkling of salt a few drops of chilli sauce. |

For a variation on this you may place the bread in a toaster("toast")
Alternatively for those of you in the higher classes, use just one slice of bread with a topping for an "open" sandwich.
Note how the rich use just one slice, therefore keeping themselves that little bit richer. |

Interesting combination...... how on earth did you come up with it?
Personally like a grilled cheese myself. |

it was a combination of the munchies and lack of anything decent in the cupboard!
I should have mentioned that the chilli goes directly onto the peanut-butter, not the cucumber! (important!) |

This sounds tasty. I personally like cucumber and sour cream sandwiches, but I'll have to try this one. |
