Say that fast and Drunk

Its just been really to hot too cook ......So we have been living on Stuff cooked on the grill and Salads and Such .....I made this up the other day .....I used Brats ....But in the UK you have so much more choice .......I also made my own croûtons which is so easy .....

Simple Sausage Summer Salad

First of all the croûtons.... I used a bout 3 day old rolls cut in to bite size cubes mix them with olive oil ..Garlic salt...black pepper ...paprika ....oregano.... basil... what ever u have really and put on baking tray for about 15 mins in a 350 degree oven .......delish .....and crispy and so moreish........

The Stuff


5 Brats Grilled

croûtons

Lettuce

Tom

Onion

fresh Parmesan cheese

Dressing of choice ( I used Blue Cheese)


What to do


Make the salad

Add croûtons

Add Cheese

Put sliced Brats on top

And Eat .........

Delish and Easy and Cheap on a hot summers day .........

I've just been munching on a 'Polish Kabano' sausage which looks just like those.

I'd want to put that whole plate on a big sandwich... drool... haha
