Ajas Easy Coleslaw


The Stuff

1 medium sized white cabbage shredded

4 carrots Grated

1 medium onion chopped fine

salt ..black pepper ..Paprika..Garlic salt....Celery salt ..to taste

Mayo add as much as you need for a nice creamy looking Slaw



What to do

Put everything in to a large bowl ...and combine .....

will keep in the fridge for at least a week .......

nice touch adding the paprika and garlic salt ( not so sure on the celery salt though ... )

Luke I have only just recently started using celery salt in certain things ....I just add a couple of pinches in this coleslaw .....Its quite good Smile

Thanks about picture .....I was going to make a post about my camera after i saw your pics ...The Fella bought me a new one in march ......I have just been playing around with it on auto really as nothing makes sense to me ...lol I think I need help .....

when taking pictures try taking a few at differing distances from the object - when doing fairly close up pictures like your food ones, most cameras have like an optimum distance where everything will be nice and in focus - a little bit either way and you'll start to loose that optimum and things won't be so in focus. once you've got used to what that distance is, closer up shots will come out perfect like the one above Smile
