Chicken tikka pitas .......

I love to try out stuff at work that my customers have never tried before .......This was a hit ........
I will send U back to the orig recipe I posted ........way back when .......

But at work I served on a Hot pita piled up with a salad.....chopped into cubes and served with grilled peppers and onions and a

Cucumber Raita sauce

1 unpeeled cucumber seeded and grated
2 scallions finely chopped
1 garlic clove crushed'
1/2 tbsp of grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp of chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 cups of greek yogurt
salt black pepper
1tsp cumin seeds toasted

combine all except cumin seeds and keep in fridge for an hour
when ready to serve sprinkle with cumin seeds ......

let me tell u it was delish ...... I dont have a pic of the finished product ..... but I have a pic of the best
