Chili/Lime Corn
6 ears of fresh corn
3 large limes or 6 small
chili powder (I like Emeril's Southwest seasoning)
12 good size pats of butter
Remove husks, place each ear of corn on a seperate sheet of aluminum foil (enough to encase each ear), place 2 pats of butter on each ear, next add juice of 1/2 large or 1 small lime over each ear, sprinkle with plenty of chili powder. Wrap each ear and place on grill for approx. 10 minutes. Enjoy |

Yum! I love doing corn on the grill, it just adds a different flavour to it. I'd never thought of adding the lime and chili but might give it a go. Great! Now I'm hungry...... |
