I downloaded this the other day because I remembered loving the show when I was fairly young (and being scared for years afterwards of the thought of tripods) and was curious about having a look at it again - and I have to say (to my shame) I got really excited about it again and couldn't stop watching it (I watched the first 9 episodes in one go last night Surprised

). I thought I would provide the torrent link in case anybody else had such fond memories of the show as I did Smile

i used to love the tripods, classic stuff - shame they never did the last series. i read the book for it, but can't really remember what happened now ... apparently they're doing a film for it out next year, i hope they just don't hollywood it up though

Yeah I heard the same - I think the reason I like the series though is because of the nostalgic effect! Not sure what I will think about this film though!

I downloaded this a couple of years back too - it's still good definitely. I always liked the War of The Worlds/Day of The Triffids feel to it and used to look forward to Saturday afternoons for it to come on.
